Ms. Aakriti Khanal has been associated with the firm since 2018.She has been regularly assisting both national and international clients in the arena of business law across broad range of industries. She is involved in litigating and dealing with cases related to contracts, dispute resolution, company, labour, taxation, competition law, family law and foreign investment. She is involved with drafting legal documents, legal opinions, translating legal documents, legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, and conducts research on diverse commercial matters. As a member of legal academia, Ms. Aakriti keen interest in matters of competition law, dispute resolution, contract law, banking and insurance law, company law and labour law. She is an Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Council since 2017. Her native language is Nepalese, and she is fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.
Educational Qualifications
She has obtained B.A.LLB degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, ranked second in 2016. LLM degree from Gujarat National Law University awarded with Gold Medal in Corporate and Business Law in 2018 . She passed the Nepal Bar Council Examinations in 2017 ranked seventh.
